Language, cognition and neuroscience (LCN) is a new frontier of brain research, which brings together linguistics, psychology and neuroscience to understand the neurobiology of language. The summer school on LCN is designed primarily for postgraduate students in a broad range of disciplines (e.g., linguistics, psychology, neurolinguistics, speech therapy, rehabilitation sciences), while senior-year undergraduate students who are interested in LCN are also welcome. These courses will introduce you to significant breakthroughs and advancement in the fields of psycholinguistics and neurolinguistics, state-of-the-art theories and models of language and the brain, and critical skills of modern brain imaging techniques and other research tools (e.g., EEG, fMRI, eye-tracker, tDCS).
